Yes, it's about the Microsoft Tech Community profile. The only profile I see is my own and that only appears when I sign in.

No, this is what I get before logging in (no profile showing).
And this is what I see after logging in (i.e. profile shows)
I'm using Firefox as my default browser. I get the same thing with Safari.
