Still getting access denied

Getting access denied messages when trying to following links for MCT areas. Lounge access works fine, but per Sarah Kong's post, I'm creating this in order to have things fixed.

    Hello,

     

    i am an MCT and saw some issues and changes in accessing the MCT Lounge and in accessing the trainer materials. For some months there has been link to a onedrive available where i could download the materials for my trainings. But at the present time I don't know where to find the MCT Lounge and where to find the trainining materials. I would be very happy about your help.

    I can confirm there was a permission error on the support & benefits board which has now been fixed.
