We are not seeing any issues with creating Group Hubs. If this is still affecting you could you try clearing your cache and if you're still able to duplicate the issue please capture a HAR file and send my DM. I will then give you an email to send it to.

    Hi Allen! I was able to create yesterday or the day before and it went through this time. I am just waiting for approval now.
