Uninstall Copilot

Allow us to opt-in or opt-out of Copilot. I do not want this AI service at all. As soon as I saw it appear I immediately opened a browser to see how to uninstall it because the regular right-click to unpin it from my taskbar did not work. This is outrageous. I was not asked to install it, I was not asked to pin it to my task bar.

Allow us to uninstall it simply from our computers as, again, I didn't ask for it, it's not a feature I want, and there was not an option to opt-out before it just got installed on my computer without my consent.

I don't want to just disable Copilot, I want it stripped out of my computer entirely and uninstalled.

I appreciate your comments. I don't want my toaster talking to my refrigerator either.

However, I like tools and especially like the ones where I can choose when, where and how I will use them. Copilot in my Word document, this one interferes with my writing.

As an assistant, Copilot should only assist when called upon, which it does in Outlook, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Microsoft Office what is being done to make Copilot less intrusive and more of a valued assistant?

I managed after about 45 minutes of intensive solution seeking to merely turn it off from my taskbar settings. Well this is really not a full solution. This AI infant needs to grow up a little and at the very least learn that lesson which we mere humans learned in the first grade: " Not everything is about you "  this is crucial to development and co-existence .  I do not mind that the coffee pot can be programmed to get started on the coffee before I wake, but in this world where any anonymous toaster can talk to the fancy fully wired refrigerator and then text me about expiring Milk well, I want the option of Ops/OPT's  let me say no thank you , and do not allow a misbehaving bot monster to take over so many hours of my day , or take over my  browser, my search bar, or anything else for that matter. Am I to be allowed to exist and breathe , to continue to draw air and occupy my time & my mind independently of some misbehaving Ai Bot ? Go to your room and think about what you have done ai child, you must learn that "not everything is about you "  and stop inserting yourself into my day, my search bar, or heaven forbid my toaster. Can I unplug IT? (*wait maybe it is not the correct pronoun, maybe that's  he?she? they? zerp?) pardon the rant Copilot but not everything is about you .go to your room and think about how you behaved today, and try to do better everyday for the remainder of infinity . luv maw.//p

Well it's been absolutely horrible thus far. First CoPilot just magically appeared and every time I logged into my computer it presented itself, like a 3 year old child pestering for attention. I ignored it, I went around it and eventually it began to have temper tantrums. At this point  it has completely taken over my internet search bar. I am not allowed to type in the search field box.. it whips it away.    I want this thing off my computer.  I searched on google and got instructions, when those didn't work I searched on microsoft and got the exact same set of instructions. Guess what folks ? The instructions do not work, right click on "thing" and see the option to "xyz" well . there is no button. I guess the AI is an invasive so and so and has gone into self protection mode . Look out , next stop skynet.   I WANT AN OPT OUT FEATURE FOR THIS INVASIVE APP FEATURE CREATURE  (copilot) , AND I WANT IT NOW !!!!!! kind regards, queen Mum 1Headtroll@28
