Increase depth of path for public websites beyond two levels

Please consider increasing the depth of path when using Copilot studio with public websites. For example, I have content at level 3 and 4 that would provide much greater context and information for my bot. I cannot bring this information higher up to level 1 and 2 without a radical restructure so I would need to be able to access it at the level it is at.

Thanks

I completely agree with both DazzaR  and StaceyGerred . Increasing the depth of path for public websites beyond two levels would significantly enhance the functionality and usability of Copilot Studio. Many organizations have complex structures that cannot be easily restructured to fit within the current limitations. Allowing access to deeper levels would enable more comprehensive and context-rich interactions, ultimately improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our bots.

Thanks for bringing this topic forward.

I agree, Copilot should read down more than 2 levels, however I think there is a bit more to this issue. Teams cannot be linked easily to files and folders below 2 levels. It takes a bit of fiddling around and most of the time that fails also.

@Microsoft Office what is the point of allowing several levels in SharePoint if they are not useable for collaboration and automation?
