Windows Mobile App - iPad version on AVP pauses music when remote desktop output audio
I'm using the Windows Mobile App iPad version on Apple Vision Pro - if I play music in the Music app running on AVP and a remote desktop emits any sound then the Music app pauses and never resumes. Same applies to other audio content (e.g. YouTube audio/vide would pause when played on AVP/Safari if a remote desktop emmits sound and it wouldn't resume if the remote desktop stop emitting sound).
It would be best I think if it would just mix audio (local and remote), or at least resume after the pause. Also, currently if I mute the remote audio, although it does get muted if an audio is played (still muted/inaudible) it still pauses audio/media on AVP.

This is a problem with the iPadOS version of the Windows app. There is also a keyboard related issue in another thread. It would be great if you could fix this and the keyboard issue while working towards a native visionOS app (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/idea/azurevirtualdesktop/windows-mobile-app---native-support-for-apple-vision-pro/4269741).

I see the status changed to "Tell us more" - what more information do you need?

Yes, pressing play (in the Music app) just resumes it.
However, it's not really a viable workaround as any Windows notification which generates sound immediatelly pauses audio (e.g. music playing) on AVP, which is annoying.

Hi RobQ0 ,
Thank you for the feedback. Once the audio coming from Windows App pauses the local APV application audio, how do you get the local APV application audio to resume? Can you just press play? Or do you need to quit the Windows App or exit out of the remote session?

There is a workaround - in remote pc settings in the Windows App if I set "Sound -> Don't play Sound" then it no longer interrupts local media playback. This of course means no sound at all from a remote desktop, which isn't ideal either.
