Windows Microsoft Remote Desktop custom resolutions

The Windows version of Microsoft Remote Desktop (10.2.3005.0) does not let us use a custom resolution. We can't even change the scaling if the resolution is set to "Choose for me". Giving us options to create custom resolutions would fix these issues as well.

Also, despite the resolution being 1:1 with the window, text will appear pixelated or blurry. The only apparent way to fix this is to change "When resizing the app" setting to "Show scroll bars". This will show scroll bars of course, but at least they're typically hidden automatically unless the mouse is near the window border.
