Use client dGPU when using a screen resolution greater than the client display's

Using a 4k display on the host machine, if I connect at its native resolution the Intel graphics is unable to keep up, slowing down every other app. Remote Desktop should use the dedicated GPU whenever the resolution is greater than that of the native display, freeing up resources for other tasks like video calls.

After 28.10 cannot see event 162 or 170 in the event viewer bath Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteDesktopServices-RdpCoreCDV > Operational

But we can see it under Applications and Services Logs > Microsoft > Windows > RemoteDesktopServices-RdpCoreTS > Operational

It seems to be change in the bath after this time, not as mentioned in MS DOC https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/configure-vm-gpu
