I downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, and I went the steps to add a PC, using the IP address and username of the PC I want to remote into, and I get Error Code 0x104, which says “we cannot connect to remote pc, because the pc cannot be found.” I used the exact IP and user name I’m already using on my laptop to remote to my PC, which works fine. Anyone else having problems using this App, and anyone know how to get it to work?
