Version 10.7.0 (1933) and Version 10.6.8 (1931) no longer working with 2FA. It fails with the error

Previous version 10.5.2 (1863) does not have this problem. I haven't been able to find any of the versions between 10.6.0 and 10.6.8 to test them and see where the problem started.
