Windows app on Android can't cope with a server-generated resize using the Deactivation-Reactivation sequence in [MS-RDPBCGR] 1.3.1.3
We see this with connections to xrdp where the server side is a fixed size, and so needs to resize the client. It's not a common configuration:-
