If not already possible, please add support to give QuickAssist help from the RD Client on iPad.

Hello,
I have downloaded Quick Assist, been on Chat, and received a code. However, The page where you insert the code is faded and will not permit entering the code to go to Remote Assistance.
Have you had this problem?
