Hi,
We use industrial android tablets in our company.
We have installed the "Remote Desktop 8" application on tablets via Google Play.
We have a few issues.
1) While the automatic screen off feature of the tablet was working in all applications, we could not put this application into automatic sleep mode.
2) We cannot see the printer connected to the device via Bluetooth or USB port on the server.
3) We cannot use the NFC reader built into the device in the same way in this application.
How can we overcome these problems?
If you have another application, we can use that too.
Can you help to solve all this?

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
