RemoteApp MacOS support more shortcuts

First, 

Thank you for the beautiful app. it is now an essential part of my work. 

I would like to suggest adding more options to support keyboard shortcuts. 

for example, replacing CMD with CTRL.

this would be helpful as I am using an IDE with many ctrl shorthands and the placement of the button on MacBooks is unfortunate. 

please let me know if that is already available, or if there is a workaround.
