Hi,
I downloaded Microsoft Remote Desktop on Chrome and it was working perfectly the first time.
I logged off on it, and 4 days later i double clicked on the app to get it working, and now it showing me a blank slate. I'm not sure what happened while I was not on it, but I can't get it to work again.
I deleted the app 3x and reloaded it 3x and it is still giving me a blank slate.
Would anyone have a answer for this?
Note: This is on a iMac using Chrome.

John_Spencer I want to say thank you so much. Beta version worked for both of our Chromebooks. I really appreciate all you feedback, information, and help. It is nice to know on an issue like this there is a way to communicate. And that is all because of you. Thank you again.

Thank you all for investigating and feedback. I appreciate all of the assistance.
MKambo- Also, thank you for the potential workaround, however, unfortunately, like the post above. I tried an external usb camera and did not work for me.
John_SpencerThank you again for all of your time and investigating. I am excited to try the new version as I am sure everyone here is as well. Thank you again.

Since the production build is still rolling out (currently at 40%) the most surefire way to test of the fix is through beta, which you can enroll in through the google play store. Please see https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/users/connect-android-chrome-os for more information on accessing beta. Thanks!

John_SpencerThanks for investigating. When I search of Remote Desktop in the ChromeOS Play Store App, it does not show in the results. (When searching via the web play store link, it displays 'Install on more devices', with my phone as the only compatible device & all existing Chromebooks are greyed out as incompatible).
