Remote Desktop text quality and clarify

For my eye prescription, the visibility of the remote desktop strains my eyes viewing text. There are articles that describe enabling font smoothing, but that is not a preference visible in macOS.  

The idea is to provide accessibility options in the macOS client for presenting text and improved contrast settings inside the remote desktop session -- such as font smoothing or enabling bolder text for the duration of the session.
