Here’s a quick solution:
1. Update Software: Ensure macOS and Remote Desktop are up to date.
2. Reinstall App: Delete and reinstall Remote Desktop.
3. Reset Preferences: Remove Remote Desktop preferences from `~/Library/Preferences/`.
4. Clear Cache: Delete cache files from `~/Library/Caches/`.
If issues persist, contact Remote Desktop or Apple Support.
