We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.

Same version, the screen refresh is all wrong, with vertical lines all over the place.  MUCH worse when optimised for retina displays.  This issue is fixed in the beta, please make sure that fix makes its way into the final release.
