Remote apps stuck on initiating application

Since upgrading to the latest version of the RD Client on our iPads they no longer successfully connect to our remoteapps, the process freezes on Initiating Connection.  All advice followed to resolve and even complete iPad rebuild with no change in results so feels like a bug.  

Connection via RDP to a server works ok and both worth fine from an android tablet.

    We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.

    Glad this is not just me.

    Up until a short while ago everything was working fine. 

    Now I cannot connect via my iPhone on mobile data.

    I can still connect on wifi on my phone and also can connect when using my mobile data as a hotspot to my computer.

    It's very frustrating when I need to access my VPS when I'm on the move and I can't get passed the "Initiating remote connection".

     

    I hope this gets solved quickly.

    Same issue here. We can RDP to the server (MS Server 2012) and I can even use other RDP apps on iPad but the RD Client will not complete the connection. I was working fine up till a few weeks ago. Both the iPad and the RD Client app are the most recent versions.
