[REGRESSION] with MRDv10.7.6 with pwsh7.2.2

possible ConsoleKey.Packet type bug regression recognizes "enter key" but nothing else typed.  unfortunately both base instances are not 10 version 22000.0 or higher to afford testing with WinTerm...
