My company uses LastPass and you have to have that chrome/edge extension installed to use it :(. I've noticed this lastpass icon that kinda floats around the screen - and if you click the prefs button it floats to the right and you get scrollbars.

I did file a bug with LastPass support as well - once I have the bug number I'll post that here.
