jjeonag does turning off "optimize for retina displays" affect your experience on the 2011 build?

if not, can you capture a local trace following these steps:

 

  1. From the menu bar click Help > Troubleshooting > Logging... 
  2. Select “Verbose” on the UI log level selection
  3. Then Choose the folder where you want the log to be written to
  4. Finally click Start logging 
  5. Repro your scenario (i.e: connect to a session with multimonitor enabled)
  6. once done, click Stop Logging 
  7. The folder with your log will be opened, please attach the .log file here
