I am having the *opposite* of this problem. My macOS and iOS RDP clients are connecting to my companies remote desktop server through our gateway IN SPITE OF the certificate having expired on August 15. Windows clients seem to check the certificate and refuse to connect because the gateway cert is expired. Apple clients either are not checking or are failing open rather than failing secure.
