If I am listening to music on my IPad or using the IPad audio in any other way, the Audio is automatically paused when RD Client is first opened and sometimes when opening a window while connected remotely to a Windows PC.

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
This behavior is VERY annoying. Can’t even think of whom to blame here, but definitely not me, who tries to use Apple iPad as desktop replacement with Microsoft RD Client 🙂
