RD Client doesnt work

Hello there im trying to use RD client to connect my pc from my android devices. I installed the rd client to both my phone and tablet.

My phone is xiaomi mi note10 and this app works well on it. On my tablet which is samsung galaxy tab s7 fe, i enter the same informations as on my phoneç but whenever i click the PC button on rd client, the app collapses and sent me to the main screen. 

Both devices have android version 11 by the way. Is there any solution?
