Same issue here, tried on both MBP M1 and Mac Mini M4. Not a network issue or output device issue for the sound. laggy when using multiple monitors but seems to be more of a Teams issue? I'm also using the latest MacOS. Issue has been around since I tested it the first time in 2021. Also above it says 6 comments but I can only see one, WT?
