Are you a user? If you are, then your best bet to getting help is reaching out to your administrator. Otherwise, get in contact with Microsoft support!

I just use virtual desktop, but that's it. I'm unsure of how to contact my advisor since I just use it for specific college courses. I'll delete this post later if I don't get any help by then
