prevent RDP from changing keyboard layout

when connecting to windows machine from iPad PRO with external keyboard to the target machine using official Microsoft’s RDP application, the language / keyboard layout on target machine is weirdly changed somehow in the background and there is no way to input special characters from polish language.

Normally right-alt works for those characters, on ipad natively left alt works. None of them works via RDP
