My impression is that the RDP app is now being marketed as the default client for windows 365, while the everyday business users of the MS Teams platform are completely forgotten. Please improve the following aspects:
1. MS Teams must work properly after Mac OS updates. Apple releases developer versions of the operating system six months in advance. Why MS Teams is not tested at all ? Every year after the update we have problems with calls.
2. Camera support - the camera has a cropped image in the preview for the user while it shows a wider image to others in the meeting, why ? It is confusing for us users.
3. Device handling in Teams - Logitech BRIO camera when starting Teams flashes before turning on. I can't control audio volume from windows (only Mac level control dl whole system changes anything).
Please take these comments seriously, I have dealt with both Citrix and VMWare Horizon and for me how RDP works in the context of Teams and working on a remote desktop every day is the absolute worst experience.... There should be absoultely no difference in user experience between the windows and Mac OS versions....
