After taking remote access and if some virtual machine is running in vmware workstation and like we are trying to enter credentials to login into that virtual machine, only spacebar works and no other key works. Even if we open onscreen keyboard of windows, cannot type inside that virtual machine like entering password for that vm.

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
We experience a similar issue with connections to Aveva Plant SCADA Anywhere. Using the Virtual Desktop Web Client if we use edge to then connect to Plant SCADA Anywhere the anywhere virtual desktop won't accept keyboard inputs only mouse inputs.
