We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.

Same issue, reinstall from old version solve the problem. current problem on this release 10.8.2(2057) . only work properly whit WS 2008 Remote Desktop.   

joemag3D I download the previous version. And It works fine for me.

I am getting the same behavior connecting to a windows 10 machine. This is a really awful experience.
