Also, screenshots using any of the standard Mac keyboard shortcuts or using Preview will not display the MRD Beta in the screenshot/file created, instead showing whatever is behind the workspace window.
That part is fixed today within 10.7.2 #1948.
Don't know yet for the remaining issues of this thread.
