macbook with external monitor wont wake if sleeps with remote desktop session in focus
System info:
Macbook Air M2 w/512gb ssd and 10 core gpu
macOS ventura 13.0.1
external monitor: LG 40WP95C Ultrawide
Microsoft Remote Desktop v 10.7.10
Issue:
It seems that when my mac is connected to my external monitor via Thunderbolt and I have a Remote desktop session open, then when I leave my mac and the computer sleeps, there's nothing I can do to wake it back up on the external monitor. I have to open the macbook, quit remote desktop, disconnect the thunderbolt cable and reconnect it to get the monitor to show anything. If I don't have a session open and my computer sleeps, waking it up works just fine with normal methods (moving mouse, hitting a key).
