Whenever I use Mac remote desktop app to connect to Microsoft Dev Box, it connects, but after a while it becomes unresponsive and forces my MacOS

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal. I have the same problem as you, I suspect it's due to my macos version
