MAC Microsoft Remote Desktop scrolling is lag when I use outlook, IntelliJ, but the scrolling is smooth in chrome or IE. Please help to improve this problem. Thanks

I am a programmer. I have the same issue with an application that I use every day:
Oracle SQL Developer.
The scrolling lags there, although it is normal in other apps.
This causes me a lot of frustration, as I use it regularly and slows down my work.
