In ‘Create a host pool’ workflow, match the Azure Stack HCI virtual machine location with host pool

During the "Create a host pool" workflow, in “Virtual Machines”, the "Virtual machine location" isn't inherited from Host Pool location and always defaults to East US.

This attribute gets hidden when "Azure Stack HCI Virtual Machine" is selected.

Although is replaced with the "Custom location" attribute, Location is still a reference attribute that will get assigned to VMs metadata.
