I can access my azure remote desktop with windows OS but not with Mac OS

Hello,

I am a novice when it comes to remote desktop and azure use.

I used to be able to access my remote desktop using my Mac RDP software app, however now it does not connect. I can connect to my remote desktop using my Windows OS, but not with Mac.

Chip: i7

OS: Sonoma 14.6.1

attempted to delete and reinstall "Windows App" rdp program, but no success.

There is a window that says "Securing connection to remote PC..." but nothing happens.

Please advise.
