Fix issue with restoring minimized full-screen window on macOS

Microsoft Remote Desktop Beta version 10.8.4 (2109), running on macOS Ventura 13.5 Beta (22G5038d). If I minimize a full-screen remote desktop session and then restore it, it restores in full screen as expected but then immediately jumps to being in a window and I have to click the maximize button within the remote Remote Desktop application to bring it full-screen again.
