Fix device list view

For the new "Windows app" which replaces "Remote desktop", please fix the device list view ...

- Allow us to remove the very large default "wave" device icon. (or make it very small)

- Display all devices in a list view from top to bottom

- Add multiple resizable columns with the full name, user, last used date

- Allow us to sort on these columns

- Always show the full name, do not abbreviate.
