Error 0x1a Instead of Clean Exit When Restarting Session Host

Restarting from a Windows 11 host causes the Microsoft Remote Desktop App to show an error message dialog:

Error 0x1a

Error 0x19 is shown when shutting down.

This doesn't happen when restarting Server or Windows 10 sessions.

Client version: 10.7.9 (2011)

Local OS: macOS Monterey 12.6
