Microsoft recommended to use Azure files premium for user profile while using FSLogic when the user count is more than 1000+ but the challenge we have is Azure file premium is not geo redundant which mean DR of user profiles has to go via backup using recovery vault which increased the RTO
also we use Azure files to store our MSIX packages which also needs to be restored via backup .
I wish you can enable geo redundancy for Azure files premium rather going with Azure netapp files which seems expensive
