Disable Language Settings "option" settings on AVD web client

Can this feature be disabled? The logged in user can through this language settings option, navigate to the local computer settings, then navigate to task manager and stop and start a task(mstsc, cmd,etc).

Workaround seems to block the exe apps on the local computer though GPO but looks like to much access already to the user if they can navigate to settings of the local computer.

This only happen on the webclient and not on the desktop app. Can this be reviewed?
