After upgrading my computer to MacOS Ventura I am not able to connect to my workspace via Remote Desktop. I just get in a loop about reporting the error.

Not sure if this helps, but I had the same issue and it turned out Little Snitch was blocking a few apps including Firefox and Remote Desktop from accessing the internet after upgrading to Ventura (despite not running and being set to passive mode).
I reset Little Snitch to factory settings, quit it and then uninstalled and now everything is working fine again.
