Connection disconnects and doesnt reconnect. Working not possible
From the point of the update to the new "Windows app" Im not able to do my work anymore. I can not work for customers since two weeks now and right now there is no way to work normally with a Mac laptop.
I can connect to a customer but after few minutes the desktop either freeze or is stuck in the reconnect prompt for minutes until it connects again.
Fix your massive issues with the new app as soon as possible. How can you even throw a total untested app into the App Store??!! this is a joke.
