connection center: distinction pcs vs workspaces

while i understand that these are two different concepts and different code behind the scene there is no good reason why the user should see this distinction. both require the same credentials and should have identical settings (eg, display size, remember user credentials) exposed.

so pls merge those two on the user side and make sure they have the same settings.
