Clipboard sync not working between MacOS and Windows11

Hi team,

I am using the macOS client which version is 10.8.1.

The clipboard is going to entirely not working sometimes, which severely affects my work.

This has continued for more than three months since I started to use this application.

I will be very appreciate if someone can have a look for this problem, thanks.
