Can't upload a file twice

Create a DevBox then upload a file.  Then change the file and try to upload it again.  The file won't upload again.

    I've recognised the same issue.

Once uploaded file can't be upload again even the file had been deleted or renamed on the server side.

Strange thing is that in Firefox it works great. MS Edge is affected with this bug.

Another strange thing is that drag&drop works well. Only "Upload new file" arrow is affected.

Browser: Edge Version 114.0.1823.67 (Official build) (64-bit)

    RDP server:

    Microsoft Remote Desktop

    Version 1.0.28.0

    How to reproduce:

    1. Publish Explorer at your terminal server

    2. Start it through MS Edge with "Open resource in the browser" turned on

    3. In the Explorer navigate to \\tsclient\Remote Desktop Virtual Drive\Uploads folder

    4. Upload a file with using "Upload new file" arrow

    5. Delete the uploaded file

    6. Upload the same file.

    What behavior is expected:

The file should be uploaded again.

    What's happened:

Edge simply ignored the file. Nothing has been uploaded, neither error nor warning has been thrown.
