Audio Endpoints cannot share resources since update to 10.4.5 (5227). When client attempts to initialize audio endpoint, client app (iOS) will crash. Host’s system will produce two separate error codes, both related to access denied on sharing of endpoint. Multiple system configurations tested; this only affects iOS devices.
