It works for me in the Web app (https://windows.cloud.microsoft/) but not in the Windows (desktop) app. I believe this is because the web app allows me to switch organisation, from my home organisation to the organisation providing the AVD remote app. The Windows desktop app does not allow me to switch organisation.
Update on this: I figured out how to do this in the Windows (desktop) app.
