Latest update of Remote Desktop for iPhone broke audio. I can can confirm that this is not a problem as other remote desktop apps work.

We recommend to review our troubleshooting section first. The other option you have is to open a support ticket through the Azure Portal.
Same here. I ended up purchasing Jump Desktop and sound works fine.
